From Westgate to Skyline to the streets above the Narrows, this is the half of Tacoma we run daily.
Our Tacoma work concentrates west of the freeway: Westgate and its mid-century blocks, Skyline and the Narrows view streets where the bridge fills the kitchen window, the Highlands, and the 6th Ave corridor with its mix of rentals and long-held family homes. It borders UP and Fircrest, so the van is already nearby most days — Tacoma addresses on this side get UP-grade response times.
Homes facing the Narrows take weather straight off the water, and years of salt-carrying westerlies are unkind to outdoor and garage appliances — condenser coils pit, cabinet seams bloom rust, connectors corrode. On west-facing streets we check for corrosion as a matter of course, because a fan that died in Westgate often died for a different reason than the same fan in Kennewick would.
The 6th Ave blocks carry duplexes and basement apartments, which means second kitchens, older machines handed down the housing chain, and landlords who need a straight answer fast.
