This site collects only what the booking form asks for: a phone number, ZIP code, service address, the appliance type and a description of the problem. That information is used to schedule and perform appliance repair service — nothing else.
Form submissions are delivered to us by a form-processing service and kept as part of our job records, which let a future visit start with your machine’s history. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not send marketing messages.
The site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics that identify you personally. We do not ask for names or email addresses on the booking form because scheduling a repair does not require them.
If you would like your records removed after a completed job, call (564) 221-8346 and ask — we will delete them, keeping only what tax law requires of any business’s invoices.
